Intergenerational
Pastor
Would you like to work for a church where kids are fully present and welcome, where noises that children make during worship are celebrated rather than frowned upon? Do you long to be a part of a community where LGBTQ couples and individuals can feel fully at home and integrated into the community and our congregational leadership? Would you appreciate a pastoral setting where your prophetic justice-seeking voice is celebrated? Would you appreciate a church that has moved beyond denomination and governs itself fully while remaining connected deeply with other faith communities?
If this kind of church appeals to you, check out this job opportunity to serve as Intergenerational Pastor, a 15-20 hour/week position with intentional flexibility and an adaptive workplace.
You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We welcome diverse perspectives as well as people who reflect deeply and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions.
